Jorge M. Alonso, President
Jorge Alonso brings over 29 years of Law Enforcement and investigative experience. He began his Law Enforcement career with the U. S. Coast Guard before joining the Metro-Dade Police Dept. where he first worked as a patrolman and later as a detective in both the General Investigations and the Criminal Conspiracy Unit under the Internal Affairs division. In 1981 he joined the Miami-Dade County State Attorneys Office under Janet Reno where he rose to the rank of Deputy Chief of the Criminal Investigations Division. Mr. Alonso is a certified police instructor by the commission of Police Standards and Training of the Sate of Florida with expertise in Fire Arms Instructions and Use of Force issues.
Jorge Alonso has conducted investigations throughout the US and Latin America in countries such as Chile, Venezuela, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and the Dominican Republic where he has established contacts both with the government and private industry.
Prior to founding AllAmerica Investigations he was executive vice president of a security company in the Miami area and Regional Manager of investigations for a major insurance company subsidiary working under contract to the U.S. Government. Mr. Alonso earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and has attended numerous Law Enforcement training schools such as the Drug Enforcement Administration Narcotics Investigator School, Drug unit commander and police executive development at the Institute of Police technology and management and the Center for Advanced Law Enforcement Studies at the Florida Dept of Law Enforcement.
